Marie-Claude Michaud is an experienced leader who spent over 20 years in a patriarchal, hierarchical, and predominantly male environment: the Canadian Armed Forces. Over the years, she propelled the organization she led to national recognition for the excellence and expertise of its services. But this success came at a cost\u2014her own health and that of her team.This realization led her to develop a new philosophy: Leadership Bienveillant, which places the human being at the center of leadership. The impact of this approach has been profound, and she shares her journey in her book published by Librex: \u00catre leader sans armure \u2013 Le pouvoir de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 en getion (Leadership Without Armor \u2013 The Power of Vulnerability into Management).Throughout her career, Marie-Claude has trained, supervised, led, and coached numerous individuals. In 2005, she received a commendation from the Commander of the Land Force, followed in 2008 by the Canadian Forces Medallion for Distinguished Service, recognizing her leadership and dedication. In 2018, she was awarded the Liz Hoffman Memorial Commendation for her work with military families, their official recognition in the new Defence Policy, and for the creation and implementation of her Leadership Bienveillant approach.Since 2021, she has delivered training and conferences on Compassionate Leadership to thousands of people and continues to support leaders and managers as a certified Noval Global coach.
\nDriven by a deep passion for human potential, she is also involved internationally, notably in Ukraine, where she serves as a consultant for veteran services and their families.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n \n \n\n \n \n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n
